Editor's Note: The following is a revised, updated and corrected version of yesterday's article. Tyler's posting on the Public Forum had me look at my information again and I caught an unintentional error.  I typed in the wrong Property Tax Rate number for 2022 in my spreadsheet calculation formula.  I have now corrected the error and I apologize for my mistake.  It did not change the figures that I earlier stated all that much. Thank you Tyler for making me look so I could find the error and correct it.
